I told myself around
February that I would lose
10 lbs for summer and I did! Now it is summer and those 10 lbs came creeping back on...I want to shed all this weight before summer is over! I am so grateful for all of the energy drinks and protein samples over the past couple of weeks! Although I have not received any yet-
I think I am going to commit myself to Jillian Michaels 7 day challenge and try to lose 3 lbs in 7 days!!!
The first week is as a free trial...if I really like it and shed this 3lbs in 1 week I will stick to it! I will let give you guys some weekly updates. If anyone else decides to try this- let us know how it goes!
